1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using XAXO's website, desktop application, or mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XAXO is an AI-powered digital automation platform that enables users to automate tasks through natural language commands. The Service includes:

  • Web-based dashboard for account and subscription management
  • Windows desktop application for task automation
  • Mobile application for remote task monitoring (coming soon)
  • API access for enterprise integrations

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

XAXO offers the following subscription plans:

  • Standard: $100/month - Individual users
  • Pro: $250/month - Teams and power users
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - Large organizations

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. License and License Keys

Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the XAXO software. Your license key:

  • Is valid only for the number of devices specified in your plan
  • Must not be shared, sold, or distributed
  • Will be deactivated if your subscription expires or is terminated
  • Is tied to your account and cannot be transferred

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
  • Engage in automated scraping without permission
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
  • Circumvent any security measures or restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by XAXO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without written permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XAXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XAXO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the software is immediately revoked
  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
